Controls whether the InboxFragment displays its own toolbar.

• null (default): Auto-detect based on host Activity's ActionBar

• true: Always show toolbar (use for InboxActivity or Activities without toolbar)

• false: Always hide toolbar (use when embedding in Activity with existing toolbar)
