handleNotificationButton
Entry point for a tap on an action button, called by the SDK when a button PendingIntent fires.
Everything a body tap does except the push link, the Rich Media and the launch key happens here: the open handler chain runs (statistics with the button id, session hash, inbox status), and onMessageOpened is called with a message whose getTappedButtonId returns buttonId. Whether the application is brought forward depends on the button action.
